SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES POLICY

 

How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free shipping option within the United States on all orders. Expedited shipping for all orders in the US with signature is $25.00 .Shipping internationally is sent through DHL and calculated at checkout. Ordering multiple items at a time will not increase the cost of shipping to a single address.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?
  • We work with both USPS Priority and FedEx so your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible. USPS Priority shipping within the USA can take up to three days after that, depending on your location. We ship from the Los Angeles area. FedEx and Priority Express Mail shipping upgrades are available at checkout, which will cut delivery time down to one to three business days. This does not affect production time, just transit time.

How will I know when my order ships?

Shipping confirmation email sent after your order is sent out however you can always track your order through your account

We work with DHL International to get the best rates possible and the price for shipping will vary depending on the receiving country.

 

What happens to lost my package?

If your package is lost in transit, please email us right away at sales@TousiAttarjewelers.com  and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days, we will replace your order free of charge (The US only). For International orders, please contact your local postal service for information on how to file a claim as we are unable to replace lost packages from international orders. Please note that TOUSIATTARJEWELERS is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN items once declared 'DELIVERED' by the delivery service.

 

International Taxes & Duties

 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties that are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
