1-What Happen to Lost My Shipping Package?

If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at  info@TousiAttarjewelers.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn’t arrived within 30 days, we will replace your order free of charge (The US only). For International orders, please contact your local postal service for information on how to file a claim as we are unable to replace lost packages from international orders. Please note that TousiAttar jewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.

 

2-How Much Does Shipping Package Cost?

TousiAttar Jewelers offer free USPS Priority shipping in the USA. Expedited shipping for all orders in the US is $10

Shipping internationally is sent through DHL and calculated at checkout. Ordering multiple items at a time will not increase the cost of shipping to a single address.

 

3-How Should I Pay for My Jewelry Order?

You should pay with either a credit or debit card at checkout or you can choose to pay with PayPal if you have an account.

 

4-International Purchases and Customs Fee?

As in international Purchaser outside of the USA, your package may be subject to Customs Fees, also known as Import Fees, Duties or VAT. This money is collected at delivery by your local Customs office and is not collected by us at the time of sale nor do the proceeds go to us. You can find out more information about the potential fees involved through your country’s Customs website. We do not provide estimates of potential Customs Fees. If you receive your order and do not claim the package because of these fees, you will be subject to our posted return policy when we receive the package back.

 

5-Do  My Jewelry Order Come with Gift Wrapping and Packaging?

All Jewelry orders are placed in a nice gift box with a gold embossed TousiAttar Jewelers logo, perfect for gifting. If you would like us to add a special note, we will include a card with your note written on it. Please leave the specific note you would like us to write to the gift recipient in the “notes to seller” box.

 

6-Do You Offer Layaway or Finance?

Yes! We typically set up a four-month layaway plan that works with a 25% down payment as the first month’s payment, followed by three additional payments, which you make over the following three months, to complete the balance!

We offer flexible, interest-free payment plans that work like layaway. As you make monthly payments towards your purchase, we work on bringing your dream piece to life; once your order is paid for in full, we will ship your completed piece to you.
